In Saturday's non-league test, the visiting George County Rebels volleyball squad scored a 2-0 win over the Picayune Maroon Tide.

With the win, George County improves its record to 24-11 on the season. The Rebels travel to Purvis (Purvis, MS) to face the Tornadoes in a non-league test on Saturday, September 20. The Tornadoes go into the test with a record of 24-4. Purvis won 3-0 in their recent league test against Wayne County (Waynesboro, MS)

The Maroon Tide now own a 4-11 record. They put it on the line next when they host Petal for a non-league test on Monday, September 22. Picayune will meet a Panthers team coming off a 3-1 league win over Pearl (Pearl, MS). The Panthers record now stands at 15-12.
