Fans at Saturday's non-league contest between the St. Mary's Academy Blues (Portland, OR) and the visiting Glencoe Crimson Tide (Hillsboro, OR), observed St. Mary's Academy's volleyball team top Glencoe by a count of 2-0.

The Blues (9-3) will now prepare for their battle against West Linn (West Linn, OR). The Lions go into the 6A Three Rivers battle with a 2-6 record. In their last battle, West Linn achieved victory over Lakeridge (Lake Oswego, OR), 3-1, in a league battle.

The Crimson Tide now own a 7-7 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Sherwood for a 6A Pacific battle on Monday, September 22. Glencoe will meet a Bowmen team coming off a 2-0 non-league win over David Douglas (Portland, OR). The Bowmen record now stands at 5-7.
