Fans at Saturday's non-league battle between the Minden Whippets (Minden, NE) and the host Gothenburg Swedes (Gothenburg, NE), saw Minden's volleyball squad notch a victory over Gothenburg by a score of 2-0.

With the win, Minden improves its record to 13-4 on the season. The Whippets host Gothenburg (Gothenburg, NE) to encounter the Swedes in a non-league battle on Thursday, September 25. The Swedes go into the battle with a record of 9-6.

The Swedes now own a 9-6 record. They put it on the line next when they host Amherst for a non-league battle on Tuesday, September 23. Gothenburg will encounter a Broncos squad coming off a 2-0 non-league win over Grand Island Central Catholic (Grand Island, NE). The Broncos record now stands at 10-3.
