In Saturday's non-league challenge, the host Wadley Bulldogs volleyball team scored a 2-0 victory over the Handley Tigers.

The Bulldogs (10-2) will now prepare for their challenge against Notasulga (Notasulga, AL). The Blue Devils enter the non-league challenge with a 2-3 record. In their last challenge, Notasulga was beaten by Lanett (Lanett, AL), 3-0, in a non-league challenge.

Next, the Tigers face the Woodland Bobcats (Woodland, AL) in a non-league test, on Saturday, September 20. Handley will attempt to improve on its 6-6 season record. The Bobcats go into the test with a 2-7 record after their 3-0 non-league win over Gaylesville (Gaylesville, AL).
