The Lewis County Lions edged the host Robertson County Black Devils volleyball squad by a final score of 2-1 in Saturday's non-league game.

Coming up next, the Lions play the Nicholas County Bluejackets (Carlisle, KY) in a non-league outing, on Saturday, September 20. Lewis County will attempt to upgrade on its 3-15 season record. The Bluejackets come into the outing with a 8-5 record after their 2-1 non-league loss to George Rogers Clark (Winchester, KY).

With the loss, Robertson County drops to 3-11 on the campaign. The Black devils travel to Wolfe County (Campton, KY) to confront the Wolves in a non-league game on Saturday, September 20. The Wolves go into the game with a record of 7-3. Wolfe County won 3-1 in their recent non-league game against Letcher County Central (Whitesburg, KY)
