Alabama High School Volleyball - Lincoln over New Hope

September 20, 2025: Lincoln, AL 35096

Fans at Saturday's non-league contest between the Lincoln Golden Bears (Lincoln, AL) and the visiting New Hope Indians (New Hope, AL), saw Lincoln's volleyball squad notch a victory over New Hope by a score of 2-0.

With the win, Lincoln improves its record to 4-11 on the season. The Golden Bears travel to Helena (Helena, AL) to encounter the Huskies in a non-league battle on Saturday, September 20. The Huskies go into the battle with a record of 8-11. Helena won 3-1 in their recent non-league battle against Northridge (Tuscaloosa, AL)

The Indians now own a 5-18 record. They put it on the line next when they host Madison County for a 4A Area 16 battle on Tuesday, September 23. New Hope will encounter a Tigers squad coming off a 3-1 non-league win over Sparkman (Harvest, AL). The Tigers record now stands at 20-13.
