Illinois High School Volleyball - Ridgeview over Tri-Point

Fans at Saturday's non-league contest between the Ridgeview Mustangs (Colfax, IL) and the visiting Tri-Point Chargers (Cullom, IL), observed Ridgeview's volleyball team top Tri-Point by a count of 2-0.

The Mustangs (5-11) will now prepare for their contest against Heyworth (Heyworth, IL). The Hornets enter the Heart of Illinois contest with a 15-3 record. In their last contest, Heyworth notched a victory over Cornerstone Christian (Bloomington, IL), 2-0, in a non-league battle.

The Chargers now own a 8-10 record. They put it on the line next when they host Grant Park for a River Valley battle on Tuesday, September 23. Tri-Point will encounter a Dragons squad coming off a 2-0 league win over Illinois Lutheran (Crete, IL). The Dragons record now stands at 7-10.
