The Bagdad Sultans held off the host Salome Frogs volleyball team by a score of 3-2 in Tuesday's league test.

The Sultans now have a 2-3 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Phoenix Day School for the Deaf for a 1A - West test on Friday, September 24. Bagdad will confront a Roadrunners team coming off a 3-0 non-league loss to BASIS Phoenix (Phoenix, AZ). The Roadrunners record now stands at 0-6.

The Frogs (3-3) will now prepare for their test against Anthem Prep (Anthem, AZ). The Eagles enter the 1A - West test with a 7-2 record.
