Texas High School Volleyball - Hays crushed by Westlake

The Westlake Chaparrals topped the visiting Hays Hawks volleyball team by a score of 3-0 in Tuesday's league test.

The Chaparrals now have a 17-17 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Del Valle for a 6A Region IV District 26 test on Friday, September 24. Westlake will confront a Cardinals team coming off a 3-1 league loss to Lake Travis (Austin, TX). The Cardinals record now stands at 6-15.

The Hawks (9-25) will now prepare for their test against Akins (Austin, TX). The Eagles enter the 6A Region IV District 26 test with a 9-15 record. In their last test, Akins dropped by Bowie (Austin, TX), 3-0, in a league test.
