The crowd at Wednesday's league bout between the Normandy Invaders (Parma, OH) and the host Parma Redmen (Parma, OH), saw Normandy's volleyball squad nip Parma by a tally of 2-1.

With the win, Normandy upgrades its record to 2-2 on the year. The Invaders travel to Lakewood (Lakewood, OH) to play the Rangers in a bout on Tuesday, October 4. The Rangers go into the bout with a record of 8-6.

The Redmen now own a 4-9 record. They play next when they travel to Cuyahoga Heights for a non-league bout on Saturday, September 24. Parma will play a Red Wolves squad coming off a 2-1 league loss to Grand Valley (Orwell, OH). The Red Wolves record now stands at 0-1.
