The crowd at Wednesday's non-league bout between the St. Stephens Indians (Hickory, NC) and the host North Lincoln Knights (Lincolnton, NC), saw St. Stephens's volleyball squad beat North Lincoln by a tally of 2-0.

With the win, St. Stephens upgrades its record to 9-5 on the year. The Indians travel to East Lincoln (Denver, NC) to play the Mustangs in a non-league bout on Monday, September 26. The Mustangs go into the bout with a record of 2-8.

The Knights now own a 13-2 record. They play next when they travel to Foard for a non-league bout on Monday, September 26. North Lincoln will play a Tigers squad coming off a 2-0 non-league win over Alexander Central (Taylorsville, NC). The Tigers record now stands at 4-3.
