The crowd at Wednesday's league bout between the Northeast Metro RVT Knights (Wakefield, MA) and the host Academy of Notre Dame Lancers (Tyngsborough, MA), saw Northeast Metro RVT's volleyball squad beat Academy of Notre Dame by a tally of 3-1.

With the win, Northeast Metro RVT upgrades its record to 2-3 on the year. The Knights travel to Nashoba Valley Tech (Westford, MA) to play the Vikings in a Commonwealth Lower bout on Friday, September 23. The Vikings go into the bout with a record of 0-5. Nashoba Valley Tech lost 3-0 in their recent league bout against Innovation Academy (Tyngsborough, MA)

The Lancers now own a 0-5 record. They play next when they host Ursuline Academy for a non-league bout on Saturday, September 24. Academy of Notre Dame will play a Bears squad coming off a 3-1 league win over Notre Dame Academy (Hingham, MA). The Bears record now stands at 5-1.
