The Shalhevet Firehawks topped the host Compton Early College Rising Phoenix volleyball team by a score of 3-1 in Wednesday's league test.

The Firehawks now have a 4-0 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Price for a Mulholland test on Thursday, October 6.

The Rising Phoenix (3-6) will now prepare for their test against Price (Los Angeles, CA). The Knights enter the Mulholland test with a 0-6 record. In their last test, Price was knocked off by Environmental Charter (Lawndale, CA), 3-0, in a league test.
