California High School Volleyball - Mira Costa over Santa Monica

The Mira Costa Mustangs (Manhattan Beach, CA) volleyball overcame the host Santa Monica Vikings (Santa Monica, CA), 3-0 in Wednesday's league outing.

With the win, Mira Costa upgrades its record to 14-2 on the year. The Mustangs host Culver City (Culver City, CA) to face the Centaurs in a Bay outing on Friday, September 23. The Centaurs go into the outing with a record of 9-5.

The Vikings now own a 4-5 record. They play next when they travel to Palos Verdes for a Bay outing on Friday, September 23. Santa Monica will face a Sea Kings squad coming off a 3-1 league win over Redondo Union (Redondo Beach, CA). The Sea Kings record now stands at 13-4.
