The Jurupa Hills Spartans held off the visiting Bloomington Bruins volleyball team by a score of 2-1 in Thursday's league test.
The Spartans now have a 4-8 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Colton for a test on Tuesday, September 26. Jurupa Hills will confront a Yellowjackets team coming off a 2-0 non-league loss to Grand Terrace (Grand Terrace, CA). The Yellowjackets record now stands at 0-3.
The Bruins (1-1) will now prepare for their test against Jurupa Hills (Fontana, CA). The Spartans enter the test with a 4-8 record.
