Pennsylvania High School Soccer - Montour knocks off Ambridge

The Montour Spartans soccer team scored 7 points and limited the visiting Ambridge Bridgers to 0 in the Spartans league victory on Thursday.

Next, the Spartans face the Central Valley Warriors (Monaca, PA) in a WPIAL AAA 2 contest, on Tuesday, September 26. Montour will attempt to better on its 7-2 season record. The Warriors enter the contest with a 5-2 record after their 5-2 non-league win over Beaver (Beaver, PA).

The Bridgers now have a 2-11 record. They take the field next when they travel to West Allegheny for a WPIAL AAA 2 contest on Tuesday, September 26.
