Luther Lions (Luther, OK) backers exited the stadium thrilled Thursday as they saw their softball squad achieve victory over the host Crooked Oak Ruf-Nex (Oklahoma City, OK), 14-0 in a non-league challenge.
The Lions now own a 15-11 record. They take the field next when they travel to Comanche for a non-league challenge on Friday, September 22. Luther will face a Indians squad coming off a 13-3 non-league win over Luther (Luther, OK). The Indians record now stands at 12-11.
With the loss, Crooked Oak falls to 0-12 on the campaign.
