Elmore City-Pernell Badgers (Elmore City, OK) backers exited the stadium thrilled Thursday as they saw their softball squad nip the host Stroud Tigers (Stroud, OK), 5-0 in a non-league challenge.
The Badgers now own a 22-15 record.
With the loss, Stroud falls to 29-9 on the campaign. The Tigers travel to Cushing (Cushing, OK) to battle the Tigers in a non-league challenge on Monday, September 25. The Tigers enter the challenge with a record of 11-20. Cushing won 18-9 in their recent non-league challenge against Seminole (Seminole, OK)
