The South Forsyth War Eagles routed the host Forsyth Central Bulldogs softball squad by a count of 10-1 in Thursday's league battle.
The War Eagles (12-9) will now prepare for their battle against Jones County (Gray, GA). The Greyhounds go into the non-league battle with a 7-9 record.
The Bulldogs now sport a 6-14 record. They play next when they travel to Sprayberry for a non-league battle on Saturday, September 30. Forsyth Central will meet a Yellow Jackets squad coming off a 7-2 league loss to Lassiter (Marietta, GA). The Yellow Jackets record now stands at 6-14.
