Georgia High School Softball - Turner County loses to Lanier County

The Lanier County Bulldogs softball team scored 15 runs and limited the host Turner County Titans to 2 in the Bulldogs league triumph on Thursday.
With the triumph, Lanier County improves its record to 11-3 on the year. The Bulldogs travel to Echols County (Statenville, GA) to clash with the Wildcats in a 1A D-II Region 2 game on Tuesday, September 26. The Wildcats come into the game with a record of 3-7. Echols County lost 12-0 in their recent league game against Charlton County (Folkston, GA)
In their next game, the Titans clash with the Atkinson County Rebels (Pearson, GA) in a 1A D-II Region 2 game, on Tuesday, September 26. Turner County will attempt to improve on its 7-6 season record. The Rebels come into the game with a 3-11 record after their 12-11 league loss to Clinch County (Homerville, GA).
