The crowd at Thursday's league bout between the Pacific Lutheran Stingrays (Gardena, CA) and the visiting Animo Leadership Aztec Eagles (Inglewood, CA), saw Pacific Lutheran's volleyball squad beat Animo Leadership by a tally of 3-1.

With the win, Pacific Lutheran upgrades its record to 3-1 on the year. The Stingrays travel to Compton Early College (Compton, CA) to play the Rising Phoenix in a Mulholland bout on Monday, September 25. The Rising Phoenix go into the bout with a record of 4-6.

The Aztec Eagles now own a 4-7 record. They play next when they travel to Compton Early College for a Mulholland bout on Tuesday, September 26.
