The Caldera volleyball team (Bend, OR), went down 3-0 in Thursday's league challenge with the visiting Bend Lava Bears (Bend, OR)
The Lava Bears (6-1) will now prepare for their challenge against Sprague (Salem, OR). The Olympians enter the non-league challenge with a 15-0 record. In their last challenge, Sprague defeated West Salem (Salem, OR), 3-0, in a league challenge.
Next, the encounter the Redmond Panthers (Redmond, OR) in a 5A Intermountain challenge, on Tuesday, September 26. Caldera will attempt to move on its 4-8 season record. The Panthers enter the challenge with a 3-11 record after their 3-1 league loss to Mountain View (Bend, OR).
