Texas High School Volleyball - John Paul II edged by Bishop Lynch

The Bishop Lynch Friars held off the visiting John Paul II Cardinals volleyball team by a score of 3-2 in Thursday's league test.

The Friars now have a 17-12 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Trinity Christian for a TAPPS 6A District 1 test on Tuesday, September 26. Bishop Lynch will confront a Trojans team coming off a 3-0 league loss to Ursuline Academy (Dallas, TX). The Trojans record now stands at 6-14.

The Cardinals (23-9) will now prepare for their test against Nolan Catholic (Fort Worth, TX). The Vikings enter the TAPPS 6A District 1 test with a 19-10 record.
