Ohio High School Volleyball - Oberlin overwhelmed by Black River

The Oberlin The Phoenix volleyball team (Oberlin, OH), went down 3-0 in Thursday's league challenge with the host Black River Pirates (Sullivan, OH)

The Pirates (7-7) will now prepare for their challenge against Mapleton (Ashland, OH). The Mounties come into the non-league challenge with a 1-13 record. In their last challenge, Mapleton went down by Monroeville (Monroeville, OH), 3-0, in a league challenge.

Next, the The Phoenix encounter the Rittman Indians (Rittman, OH) in a non-league challenge, on Saturday, September 23. Oberlin will attempt to move on its 2-12 season record. The Indians come into the challenge with a 4-10 record after their 3-0 league loss to Northwestern (West Salem, OH).
