The Champlain Valley Union Redhawks volleyball team scored 3 points and limited the visiting Burlington Seahorses to 0 in the Redhawks non-league victory on Thursday.
The Redhawks now have a 4-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Mount Anthony for a non-league game on Tuesday, September 26. Champlain Valley Union will meet a Patriots team coming off a 3-2 non-league loss to Hoosac (Hoosick, NY). The Patriots record now stands at 1-5.
The Seahorses (2-3) will now prepare for their game against Randolph (Randolph, VT). The Ghosts enter the non-league game with a 0-4 record. In their last game, Randolph dropped by St. Johnsbury Academy (St. Johnsbury, VT), 3-0, in a non-league game.
