The Marshall County Marshals held off the host Christian Fellowship Eagles volleyball team by a score of 3-2 in Thursday's league test.

The Marshals now have a 5-6 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Lexington Catholic for a non-league test on Friday, September 22. Marshall County will confront a Knights team coming off a 3-0 league loss to Paul Laurence Dunbar (Lexington, KY). The Knights record now stands at 14-5.

The Eagles (9-9) will now prepare for their test against Murray (Murray, KY). The Tigers enter the District 4 test with a 7-15 record.
