The Holly Pond Broncos volleyball team scored 3 points and limited the host Cold Springs Eagles to 0 in the Broncos league victory on Thursday.
The Broncos now have a 19-8 record. They put it on the line next when they host Ohatchee for a non-league game on Saturday, September 23. Holly Pond will meet a Indians team coming off a 3-0 non-league loss to Westbrook Christian (Rainbow City, AL). The Indians record now stands at 13-7.
The Eagles (9-16) will now prepare for their game against Locust Fork (Locust Fork, AL). The Hornets enter the 2A Area 12 game with a 6-13 record. In their last game, Locust Fork fell by Cullman Christian (Cullman, AL), 2-1, in a non-league outing.
