South Carolina High School Volleyball - Colleton County overwhelmed by Lucy Beckham

In Thursday's league battle, the host Lucy Beckham Bengals volleyball team scored a 3-0 triumph over the Colleton County Cougars.

The Bengals (11-5) will now prepare for their battle against May River (Bluffton, SC). The Sharks come into the AAAA Region 7 battle with a 10-5 record. In their last battle, May River lost by Travelers Rest (Travelers Rest, SC), 2-0, in a non-league battle.

Next, the Cougars clash with the James Island Trojans (Charleston, SC) in a AAAA Region 7 battle, on Tuesday, September 26. Colleton County will attempt to advance on its 1-9 season record. The Trojans come into the battle with a 16-8 record after their 3-0 league win over Hilton Head Island (Hilton Head Island, SC).
