The crowd at Thursday's league bout between the Rappahannock Raiders (Warsaw, VA) and the host Colonial Beach Drifters (Colonial Beach, VA), saw Rappahannock's volleyball squad beat Colonial Beach by a tally of 3-0.
With the win, Rappahannock upgrades its record to 9-3 on the year. The Raiders host Lancaster (Lancaster, VA) to play the Red Devils in a Northern Neck bout on Tuesday, September 26. The Red Devils go into the bout with a record of 2-7.
The Drifters now own a 3-9 record. They play next when they travel to Essex for a Northern Neck bout on Tuesday, September 26. Colonial Beach will play a Trojans squad coming off a 3-0 league loss to Northumberland (Heathsville, VA). The Trojans record now stands at 3-3.
