The Columbia Wildcats volleyball team (Columbia, MS), was dropped 3-0 in Thursday's league challenge with the host Sumrall Bobcats (Sumrall, MS)

The Bobcats (12-7) will now prepare for their challenge against West Jones (Laurel, MS). The Mustangs enter the non-league challenge with a 11-12 record. In their last challenge, West Jones defeated Terry (Terry, MS), 3-0, in a league challenge.

Next, the Wildcats meet the Forrest County Agricultural Aggies (Brooklyn, MS) in a Class 4 Region 7 challenge, on Monday, September 25. Columbia will attempt to move on its 7-12 season record. The Aggies enter the challenge with a 9-7 record after their 3-0 non-league win over Lawrence County (Monticello, MS).
