The Cotter Warriors volleyball team scored 3 points and limited the visiting Guy-Perkins Thunderbirds to 1 in the Warriors league victory on Thursday.

The Warriors now possess a 4-8 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Alpena for a 2A North game on Tuesday, September 26. Cotter will meet a Leopards team coming off a 3-1 non-league loss to Eureka Springs (Eureka Springs, AR). The Leopards record now stands at 3-12.

The Thunderbirds (2-9) will now prepare for their game against St. Joseph (Conway, AR). The Bulldogs enter the 2A North game with a 10-6 record. In their last game, St. Joseph defeated Yellville-Summit (Yellville, AR), 3-0, in a league game.
