The crowd at Thursday's league bout between the Deckerville Eagles (Deckerville, MI) and the host Peck Pirates (Peck, MI), saw Deckerville's volleyball squad beat Peck by a tally of 3-1.

With the win, Deckerville upgrades its record to 5-2 on the year. The Eagles travel to Kingston (Kingston, MI) to play the Cardinals in a North Central Thumb bout on Tuesday, September 26. The Cardinals go into the bout with a record of 6-0. Kingston won 3-0 in their recent league bout against Mayville (Mayville, MI)

The Pirates now own a 4-11 record. They play next when they travel to North Huron for a North Central Thumb bout on Tuesday, September 26. Peck will play a Warriors squad coming off a 3-1 league loss to Dryden (Dryden, MI). The Warriors record now stands at 4-5.
