In Thursday's non-league battle, the visiting Dracut Middies volleyball team scored a 3-1 triumph over the North Middlesex Regional Patriots.
The Middies (1-6) will now prepare for their battle against Lowell (Lowell, MA). The Red Raiders come into the Merrimack Valley II battle with a 2-4 record.
Next, the Patriots encounter the Fitchburg Red Raiders (Fitchburg, MA) in a Midland-Wachusett B battle, on Monday, September 25. North Middlesex Regional will attempt to move on its 0-5 season record. The Red Raiders come into the battle with a 0-4 record after their 3-0 league loss to Groton-Dunstable (Groton, MA).
