The crowd at Thursday's non-league bout between the Raceland Rams (Raceland, KY) and the visiting East Carter Raiders (Grayson, KY), saw Raceland's volleyball squad beat East Carter by a tally of 3-0.

With the win, Raceland upgrades its record to 15-7 on the year. The Rams host West Carter (Olive Hill, KY) to play the Comets in a non-league bout on Tuesday, September 26. The Comets go into the bout with a record of 8-11. West Carter lost 3-0 in their recent non-league bout against Blazer (Ashland, KY)

The Raiders now own a 9-8 record. They play next when they travel to Greenup County for a non-league bout on Monday, September 25. East Carter will play a Musketeers squad coming off a 3-0 league win over Lewis County (Vanceburg, KY). The Musketeers record now stands at 9-9.
