Georgia High School Volleyball - Fayette County over Tri-Cities

In Thursday's non-league contest, the Fayette County Tigers (Fayetteville, GA) volleyball squad knocked off the host Tri-Cities Bulldogs (East Point, GA), by a margin of 3-0.

Next up, the Tigers battle the Whitewater Wildcats (Fayetteville, GA) in a 4A Area 2 contest, on Tuesday, September 26. Fayette County will attempt to better on its 14-8 season record. The Wildcats come into the contest with a 13-12 record after their 2-0 league win over Troup County (LaGrange, GA).

With the loss, Tri-Cities drops to 4-7 on the campaign. The Bulldogs host Jackson (Atlanta, GA) to battle the Jaguars in a 5A Area 5 contest on Tuesday, September 26. The Jaguars come into the contest with a record of 9-9.
