The Grants Pass Cavemen volleyball team (Grants Pass, OR), was nudged 3-2 in Thursday's league challenge with the host Sheldon Irish (Eugene, OR)
The Irish (10-6) will now prepare for their challenge against Silverton (Silverton, OR). The Foxes enter the non-league challenge with a 9-3 record. In their last challenge, Silverton nipped Corvallis (Corvallis, OR), 3-0, in a league challenge.
Next, the Cavemen encounter the Ashland Grizzlies (Ashland, OR) in a non-league challenge, on Saturday, September 23. Grants Pass will attempt to move on its 5-4 season record. The Grizzlies enter the challenge with a 1-7 record after their 3-1 league loss to North Eugene (Eugene, OR).
