With the win, Leslie County upgrades its record to 12-6 on the year. The Eagles host Rockcastle County (Mt. Vernon, KY) to play the Rockets in a non-league outing on Saturday, September 23. The Rockets go into the outing with a record of 6-12. Rockcastle County lost 3-0 in their recent league outing against Pulaski County (Somerset, KY)

The Generals now own a 9-11 record. They play next when they travel to Williamsburg for a non-league outing on Monday, September 25. Jackson County will play a Yellowjackets squad coming off a 3-1 non-league win over Knox Central (Barbourville, KY). The Yellowjackets record now stands at 12-12.
