The Kennewick Lions volleyball team scored 3 points and limited the visiting Richland Bombers to 0 in the Lions league victory on Thursday.
The Lions now possess a 6-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Walla Walla for a 3A/4A Mid-Columbia game on Thursday, September 28.
The Bombers (4-2) will now prepare for their game against Walla Walla (Walla Walla, WA). The Blue Devils enter the 3A/4A Mid-Columbia game with a 3-3 record. In their last game, Walla Walla was dropped by Kamiakin (Kennewick, WA), 3-1, in a league game.
