In Thursday's league battle, the visiting West Harrison Hawkeyes volleyball team scored a 3-0 triumph over the Paton-Churdan Rockets.

The Hawkeyes (7-10) will now prepare for their battle against Woodbine (Woodbine, IA). The Tigers come into the Rolling Valley battle with a 8-12 record. In their last battle, Woodbine achieved victory over Ar-We-Va (Westside, IA), 3-0, in a league battle.

Next, the Rockets clash with the Coon Rapids-Bayard Crusaders (Coon Rapids, IA) in a Rolling Valley battle, on Tuesday, September 26. Paton-Churdan will attempt to advance on its 0-6 season record. The Crusaders come into the battle with a 7-12 record after their 3-0 league loss to Glidden-Ralston (Glidden, IA).
