Fans at Saturday's non-league battle between the Morristown Colonials (Morristown, NJ) and the visiting Montville Mustangs (Montville, NJ), saw Morristown's soccer squad hold off Montville by a count of 1-0.

The Colonials (5-2) will now prepare for their battle against West Morris Mendham (Mendham, NJ). The Minutemen enter the non-league battle with a 2-2 record. In their last battle, West Morris Mendham tipped Morris Hills (Rockaway, NJ), 5-2, in a non-league battle.

Next up, the Mustangs confront the Roxbury Gaels (Succasunna, NJ) in a non-league battle, on Tuesday, September 24. Montville will attempt to upgrade on its 4-3 season record. The Gaels enter the battle with a 4-3 record after their 1-0 league win over Parsippany Hills (Parsippany, NJ).
