In Saturday's non-league challenge, the visiting Santa Fe Demons volleyball team scored a close 2-1 triumph over the Rio Rancho Rams.

The Demons (2-3) will now prepare for their challenge against St. Michael's (Santa Fe, NM). The Horsemen come into the non-league challenge with a 6-3 record. In their last challenge, St. Michael's was nudged by St. Pius X (Albuquerque, NM), 2-1, in a non-league challenge.

Next, the Rams meet the Albuquerque Academy Chargers (Albuquerque, NM) in a non-league challenge, on Tuesday, September 24. Rio Rancho will attempt to upgrade on its 5-2 season record. The Chargers come into the challenge with a 3-4 record after their 2-1 non-league loss to Albuquerque (Albuquerque, NM).
