In Saturday's league outing, the host Modoc Braves soccer squad scored a tight 8-2 victory over the Etna Lions.
The Braves (6-7) will now prepare for their outing against Mt. Shasta (Mt. Shasta, CA). The Bears go into the Shasta Cascade outing with a 3-1 record. In their last outing, Mt. Shasta was overwhelmed by Fall River (McArthur, CA), 3-1, in a league outing.
Next up, the Lions confront the Mt. Shasta Bears (Mt. Shasta, CA) in a Shasta Cascade outing, on Thursday, September 26. Etna will attempt to improve on its 0-3 season record.
