The Dragons now possess a 6-11 record. They play next when they travel to Bowling Green for a District 14 bout on Tuesday, September 24. Warren Central will clash with a Purples team coming off a 2-0 non-league win over University Heights (Hopkinsville, KY). The Purples record now stands at 16-5.

With the loss, Butler County drops to 2-17 on the campaign. The Bears travel to McLean County (Calhoun, KY) to clash with the Cougars in a non-league bout on Monday, September 23. The Cougars come into the bout with a record of 3-14. McLean County lost 3-0 in their recent non-league bout against Owensboro (Owensboro, KY)
