Illinois High School Volleyball - Cornerstone Christian over Tri-Point

The Cornerstone Christian Cyclones volleyball team scored 2 points and restricted the visiting Tri-Point Chargers to 0 in the Cyclones non-league triumph on Saturday.

The Cyclones now have a 13-3 record. They play next when they travel to Georgetown-Ridge Farm for a non-league outing on Saturday, September 21. Cornerstone Christian will play a Buffaloes team coming off a 2-0 league loss to Westville (Westville, IL). The Buffaloes record now stands at 2-6.

With the loss, Tri-Point drops to 3-12 on the campaign. The Chargers travel to Blue Ridge (Farmer City, IL) to play the Knights in a non-league outing on Saturday, September 21. The Knights come into the outing with a record of 1-10. Blue Ridge lost 2-0 in their recent league outing against Cumberland (Toledo, IL)
