Corsica/Stickney Jaguars (Corsica, SD) boosters left the game thrilled Saturday as they saw their volleyball squad nudge the host Freeman Flyers (Freeman, SD), 2-1 in a non-league test.

With the win, Corsica/Stickney improves its record to 5-6 on the season. The Jaguars travel to Freeman Academy/Marion (Freeman, SD) to face the in a non-league test on Saturday, September 21. The go into the test with a record of 5-9. Freeman Academy/Marion lost 3-0 in their recent league test against Centerville (Centerville, SD)

The Flyers now own a 2-10 record. They put it on the line next when they host Scotland/Menno for a non-league test on Tuesday, September 24. Freeman will face a Trappers squad coming off a 3-0 non-league loss to Avon (Avon, SD). The Trappers record now stands at 1-8.
