In Saturday's league challenge, the visiting Cove Leopards volleyball team scored a 3-1 triumph over the Pilot Rock Rockets.

The Leopards (13-6) will now prepare for their challenge against Irrigon (Irrigon, OR). The Knights come into the non-league challenge with a 5-3 record. In their last challenge, Irrigon lost by Heppner (Heppner, OR), 3-0, in a league challenge.

Next, the Rockets play the Griswold Grizzlies (Helix, OR) in a 1A Old Oregon challenge, on Tuesday, September 24. Pilot Rock will attempt to upgrade on its 2-9 season record. The Grizzlies come into the challenge with a 3-6 record after their 3-0 league loss to Imbler (Imbler, OR).
