In Saturday's non-league challenge, the host Garber Dukes volleyball team scored a 2-0 triumph over the Ogemaw Heights Falcons.

The Dukes (22-7) will now prepare for their challenge against Freeland (Freeland, MI). The Falcons come into the Tri-Valley - East challenge with a 17-6 record. In their last challenge, Freeland beat Swan Valley (Saginaw, MI), 3-1, in a league challenge.

Next, the Falcons meet the Clare Pioneers (Clare, MI) in a Jack Pine challenge, on Monday, September 23. Ogemaw Heights will attempt to upgrade on its 12-5 season record. The Pioneers come into the challenge with a 5-12 record after their 3-0 league loss to Shepherd (Shepherd, MI).
