West Virginia High School Volleyball - Hampshire can't get by George Washington

The George Washington Patriots edged the host Hampshire Trojans volleyball squad by a final score of 2-1 in Saturday's non-league game.

Next up, the Patriots confront the Greenbrier East Spartans (Lewisburg, WV) in a non-league game, on Saturday, September 21. George Washington will attempt to advance on its 11-9 season record. The Spartans go into the game with a 14-7 record after their 2-1 non-league loss to Hoover (Clendenin, WV).

The Trojans (2-7) will now prepare for their challenge against East Hardy (Baker, WV). The Cougars come into the non-league challenge with a 10-3 record. In their last challenge, East Hardy edged Frankfort (Ridgeley, WV), 2-0, in a league challenge.
