The La Salle Lightning volleyball team scored 3 points and restricted the visiting Granger Spartans to 1 in the Lightning non-league triumph on Saturday.

The Lightning now have a 5-2 record. They play next when they travel to Columbia for a non-league outing on Saturday, September 21. La Salle will play a Coyotes team coming off a 3-1 non-league loss to Liberty Christian (Richland, WA). The Coyotes record now stands at 0-4.

With the loss, Granger drops to 1-6 on the campaign. The Spartans travel to Grandview (Grandview, WA) to play the Greyhounds in a non-league outing on Saturday, September 21. The Greyhounds come into the outing with a record of 2-3. Grandview won 3-1 in their recent league outing against Ephrata (Ephrata, WA)
