Arizona High School Volleyball - Mesquite over Safford

In Saturday's non-league challenge, the visiting Mesquite Wildcats volleyball team scored a 2-0 triumph over the Safford Bulldogs.

The Wildcats (10-1) will now prepare for their challenge against Arcadia (Phoenix, AZ). The Titans come into the 4A - Desert Sky challenge with a 7-6 record. In their last challenge, Arcadia lost by ALA - Queen Creek (Queen Creek, AZ), 3-1, in a non-league challenge.

Next, the Bulldogs meet the Mountain Pointe Pride (Phoenix, AZ) in a non-league challenge, on Saturday, September 21. Safford will attempt to upgrade on its 15-5 season record. The Pride come into the challenge with a 3-10 record after their 3-1 league loss to Arizona College Prep (Chandler, AZ).
